Typical initial discussion about background and experience. Then lengthy period of question/discussion on turbomachinery components and aspects e.g. purpose of splitter, tip leakage, lacing wire. Also several questions about compressor performance maps e.g. have to compare given design efficiencies and surge margin. A lot of turbomachinery based questions and a lot of physical components and pictures to talk about and answer questions. No trick questions or abstract questions.
