Applied for the Sustainability Officer position for NF property management. The process included a presentation with a 30-minute preparation window, which was reasonable, but the actual interview panel was highly unprofessional.
The interviewer did not introduce herself upon entering and maintained a cold, unsmiling demeanor throughout. The questioning felt less like a mutual assessment and more like an aggressive investigation, leaning heavily into specific operational details that felt like an attempt to gather industry secrets rather than assess my qualifications. No feedback or conversational dialogue was provided during this segment.
To wrap up, the interviewer simply read a company description verbatim from her laptop script. When I asked a standard follow-up question, I was met with visible condescension. A very discouraging experience that reflects poorly on the company's culture.
