Namtab Consultants interview questions

I applied via zip recruiter and received a call in no time. I went in the following day to discuss with the CEO and before I knew it, I was hired. Seemed too good to be true, so it was.

The interview process was super simple! I received a call from the HR department and set up a date best for both of us to come in. They sent out an email and a text reminder that had the address in it. I showed up and they had me fill out some information (name, phone, email, ect.). Once i was finished it took about maybe 3-4 minutes until the CEO came out and got me. He asked some basic questions about my previous jobs and then told me about the position. Was very easy to talk to and made sure all my questions were answered. It took about 15 minutes for the preliminary interview. He invited me in for a second round interview the next day (that day worked for me, but he'll make sure to get a day that works for both of you). I went in for the second round interview the next day. They had me fill out another questionnaire, then took me back for the interview. They went into more detail about the position including pay and growth opportunities. This one took about 45 minutes. After the interview they again made sure all my questions were answered and told me they would make a decision by the end of the day if they would like to move forward and extend the position to me. If not they said they would call me regardless and thank me for coming in. The whole process was super easy and super professional.
