Selection Process First round is an online test, which is logical answering and grammar. The second round is Technical round, which is technical answering, And the final and last round of the Infosys company is HR round, which is most common round in companies recruitment and selection process.

Three rounds are there in this and you need to prepare very well for the process and mostKey Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the role are:  Customer Satisfaction.  Project module delivery  Quality Checks (Defects / Bugs checks)  Documentation  Learnings Job Requirements: In this role, you will be successful, if you have:  Post Graduate or graduate in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Science, Information Security, Mechatronics, Automotive Electronics, Electronics and Electrical, Electrical & Communication, Instrumentation, Mechanical or related other related engineering field.  Good Programming fundamentals and keen interests and openness to write code that confirms to the Industry best practices.  Passion to learn and adapt new/emerging technologies.  Good analytical & problem-solving skills.  Willingness and passion to take ownership and pride in everything you do and stand by what you deliver.  A good team player with good communication skills.  Ability to multi-task & be flexible as business needs vary
