Asking about the role and what I understood from it and how my skills/experience are similar and what differed, what systems and programmes I used and what I did in my current/previous roles - I definitely left the interview feeling they were completely disorganised and chaotic, the interview was essentially me realising the teams don’t all know the same processes and knowledge and no one’s job is intersectional, the salary was incredibly low, you’re expected in the office everyday and it’s giving pick me
