Not really an interview, just opportunity for internal candidates, interview questions not relevant to the position. The feedback was not even relevant. Tax payers' money is not well spent. Some candidates got the job do not qualify.

Interview
Very slow, received multiple job offers in the time it took for them to go through the applications and make contact. Multiple phone interviews with Hoban recruitment. I suggest SES start taking over the recruitment process to engage with their candidates as Hoban really don't possess the information needed to equip applicants interested in the role.
