Interview
I received a call from the recruiter to find out more about me and asked questions about my background. Next day I got a call to come in for an interview. I met with the recruiter who interviewed me first and reviewed my application. I was asked questions about my experience and jobs and other customer service questions. Recruiter explained the interview process to me and about the company. I also met with a manager after the recruiter. The recruiter called me the next day with a job offer. I was so excited and thrilled to get the job after hearing so much about the company.

You have to think before answering because I was asked for specific examples by the recruiter. No difficult questions by the manager who asked me basic questions.

Interview
This process was rather long, and I had a referral. I heard from the recruiter within a few days, within the next two weeks an interview was set up. Completed the interview over Skype. Received an offer a few days later. The drug testing took about a week and then I finally got orientation set up.

I applied in July and did not get an interview until November. I had a referral on the inside that I needed to help speed along the interview process as 5 months to wait is unusual and unreasonable.

Submitted Resume on NJM Website. Received Phone Interview next day. Invited for Face to Face Interview first with HR Representative, then Department Manager. Offered job at end of 2nd Face to Face Interview. Advised offer dependent on favorable Background Check & passing Drug Screening.
