I was brought on through a staffing agency. I first had a phone screening with the Service Manager. Then I was called in for an interview with just the Services manager. I wore a dress shirt and tie. The interview was pretty standard, he asked me general IT questions to make sure I wasn't completely incompetent. After that, I was called in for a second interview with both the Client Services Manager, and the VP of Technical Services. That interview was more technically inclined and pretty short. I heard back the same week that they wanted me to start.
