Interview
Initial screening round involved submission of resume. This was followed by a phone interview and then an in person interview. The interview was relaxed and to the point. No tests of aptitude or taught questions were asked. As long as you're a good fit for the role, you should be good.

Interview
You send in a resume and cover letter for the internship position you want, then go in for a casual interview. It took a couple of weeks to finally hear back about an interview, and I had to be persistent with keeping up with them, but eventually was invited for an interview. I was hired right after the interview, even filling out the paperwork that day.
