The more I learn about this organization, the more I understand certain questions I was asked during my interview. They toe the line on asking illegal questions to avoid hiring anyone with a mental illness, and they try to find out what one's financial means such as asking if the interviewee has a vehicle even though the need for one was never mentioned in the job description nor is necessary for a hybrid position.
If you are a person of color who interviews for any position at this organization, do not accept an offer. They tokenize the hell out of employees of color and even include not yet hired folks in their demographics for a numbers boost.
