Myant interview questions

The interview process was extremely disorganized and highlighted broader issues with the company’s culture. They are clearly stuck in the early product lifecycle stage, and the lack of decision-making and alignment was apparent throughout. I went through 7 rounds of interviews — with an external recruiter, multiple leaders, and even overseas stakeholders — after being told the role was urgent. However, the process constantly shifted, with changing requirements, unclear expectations, and unnecessary case studies. Despite all this time and effort, I was ultimately ghosted without any communication or closure. Overall, the experience reflected a lack of direction and coordination, which doesn’t inspire confidence in the company’s ability to move forward.
