I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at MyHealthTeams (San Francisco, CA) in Sep 2016
Interview
Phone interview, then an onsite interview to meet other team members and show technical knowledge of Rails through demo-ing how i'd go about building a project. A second onsite pairing interview. They were relatively basic questions to get a sense of my comfort with Rails. People were friendly and comfortable to talk with. I was happy with the overall interview process, except for the follow-up. I was told they would likely have an answer mid-week the following week after a Friday interview. I waited a week and a half, wrote a followup inquiry on the status, got no response, and then waited 8 more days and wrote another inquiry. Finally I got a short rejection response 18 days after my onsite interview.

Question 1
They are a small team and company. How does that fit into what I'm looking for?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at MyHealthTeams (San Francisco, CA) in Jul 2021
Interview
Had two technical interviews that lasted about an hour and a half each. The interview was more of a collaboration and coding in pairs with the interviewer and less like a test. The rest of the time I was scheduled to meet with different people in the company and those interviews lasted about 30 minutes each and were more general behavioral questions.

Question 1
One technical question that I had to answer using Ruby language was about designing a grocery store checkout machine that will scan items and return the total price the customer has to pay.
