They were very personable, and made the interview enjoyable. Really great first impression of the company culture.
Not rushed, they have 2-3 rounds of interviews. I asked a lot of questions, and it was a lot more clear than many of the other interviews I've taken.

Everyone I talk to was very nice, it was very clear-cut and straightforward. I had a two step interview and both people I interviewed with seemed amazing to work with.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at My Echelon (Clearwater, FL)
Interview
Very straightforward. A recruiter contacted me, and scheduled an interview relatively quickly. My first interview was with the manager (not a recruiter) and explained the entire process up front. There was a big emphasis on core values. I was informed if invited back for the second round interview, I would have the option to shadow the daily operations and office culture. Within two days, I was informed that I was not selected for further interview rounds.
