      Java/J2EE Developer Interview

      Jul 14, 2015
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Bloomington, IN
      Declined offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Multivision (Bloomington, IN) in Jun 2015

      Interview

First the recruiter called me, told me something about the process, scheduled a phone interview with me, and sent me a guide for the preparation. Then the interviewer called. It was a very easy technical interview that lasted about 15 minutes. The interviewer asked me to introduce some of the projects listed on my resume. Then asked me some technical questions such as how do you test if a string is valid in date format, why to use classes for oop. The interview ended right there. And I received the offer letter the second day. However I declined it because you have to commit 24 months of employment.

      Interview

Very very basic java questions. They even give you a study packet that has the answers. Don't be a complete idiot and you should be fine. As long as you get at least 7 right you should be fine.

      Question 1

What are the data types in java? What is the difference between an interface and an abstract class?
