I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at MuleSoft (New York, NY) in Dec 2018
Interview
The first process with the interviews is a 30 minute screening phone call with the recruiter
Then you have a 2 hour interview with an ADR lead, current ADRS and the head of ADR. I was not located near an office, so the first two interviews were video chat and the third (and hardest) was over the phone, which made it very hard to connect.
The interview process and speaking with everyone was enjoyable. Everyone (for the most part, the last person I spoke with was hard to understand and a little awkward to talk to smoothly) was very nice and easy to talk to. However, they give you this false sense of confidence and take up 2 hours of your time, plus countless hours I spent preparing for this interview, to end it with an email saying you are not the right fit. Then, when I ask for feedback, I never hear back.
If you are going to interview me for 2 hours and have me prepare countless hours for this "final round interview, " giving feedback would be the nice thing to do. If you don't want to do that, then I suggest having an interview between the quick screening and the final interview.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at MuleSoft (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2022
Interview
First a Phone Screening with a recruiter, then a mock call with hiring manager and then a final interview. The process usually takes 2 weeks so pretty quick compared to other companies.

I applied online. I interviewed at MuleSoft (Chicago, IL) in Sep 2022
Interview
The interview process was challenging but exhilarating. There were ample opportunities to share what individual research I had done but also learn from my recruiter and interviewers. I found my recruiter helpful every step of the way.
