Horrible design interview experience. Team is clueless when it comes to hiring and wastes huge time in the process. Joke of a design team that has no idea how to conduct interviews. Probably the most disengaged team interview I have ever come across in my career. Also HR was completely disengaged in the process. Pathetic company.
