Applied from Craigslist and email was promptly returned for a scheduled interview. Interview process had the basic questions of work history, skills, what I expected from working there and why I would like to work there. Took about 1 hour and ended with laughs. While nervous, it was a friendly environment where we got to know each other.

got phone call from employer to set up interview for next day. Interview took 20 minutes and pretty much a routine interview. Nothing complicated. The employer asked standard questions. I asked questions requiring the job. After interview employer said she would give me a call regarding her decision. Employer called me later in the day to offer me the part time online retail assistant job.
