I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mphasis (Bengaluru) in Jan 2015
Interview
There were only 3 rounds of interview:
1. Face-to-face technical
2 . Skype or face-to-face technical with client
3. HR
In first round, asked basic questions on HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
In second round, asked advanced questions on Javascript and on frameworks.
In HR round, had discussion with respect to salary structure, perks.

1. Assessment ( general + technical)
2. Technical Interview ( DSA + CS concepts)

first was the aptitude test and then the coding test overall the interview process was good the coding challenges are good. The aptitude test is also average that's it from my side
