Three phone interviews. First with HR screener, second with hiring manager, third with rest of engineering team. Generally fairly technical questions, but nothing too specific. There were a lot of questions about past experience.

They will mostly focus on the problem solving skills and should be strong in any one of the technology like Database or UI depending on the Job Requirement. Overall the interview experience was good.
