I had attended an interview with Noggin, a company that was acquired by Motorola Solutions. I was interviewed by a lead engineer and manager from the team that I was being considered for. I was told by HR that the role would be for a Frontend Developer position. However during the interview process, I was also asked backend related questions and came to know that it was in fact a frontend focused full stack role that they were looking to hire for. After the interview, the HR did not get back with the outcome or would not pick my calls until 4 weeks later. I had also tried to get in touch with 3 different HR contacts during this period and only got a response acknowledging my email after about 3 weeks. I was finally able to get in touch with the initial HR contact who had approached me with the role to know the outcome. I basically felt ghosted and HR displayed an unprofessional attitude post the technical interview.
