I applied online. I interviewed at Motorola Solutions in Jan 2023
Interview
Asking why do you want to join this company. The reason of changing the job. Overall interview very simple. The interviewer is nice, not much technical question being asked. The interview took roughly an hour, mostly asking about myself instead of technical related stuff.

Interview
Interview(s): Shortlisted candidates are invited for interviews. This could be one-on-one, with a panel, or even a group interview with other candidates. The interviewer will ask questions to assess your skills, experience. You'll also have a chance to ask questions about the role and company.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Motorola Solutions in Jun 2019
Interview
First interview over the phone with recruiter, general about your resume/yourself/background. Second Interview was technical, over the phone with a Senior Engineer. Usually it will be in person and with at least 2 engineers. I had been a contractor with them previously so I was an exception. The interview for me did not go well but in all honesty, all the questions were fair and even easy if you remember the very basics. I hadn't used much of this in the last 3 years so I had a hard time remembering things on the fly.

Question 1
Tell me about the Stress-Strain Curve. (In person it would most likely be draw an example one)
Cantilever beam. Where's the highest stress when force applied at the end? Does it experience compression, tension, or both? There's a point in the beam where the stress is 0, whats it called? If you thicken the beam is the stress greater or smaller? In person would probably be drawing this out perhaps even a free body diagram.
