Mostly they are looking someone from engineering background, may need develop and support the engineering IT hardware, Clouds and etc for entire engineering team within Morotola.
The interview went well and team member looks nice and not very high demand and expectations. Looks like this job can say the comfort zone to work for a long time.
Final result: Offered from HR was not good as they gave low ball especially for total compensation even this is Principal Staff post /Mgr level.
Motorola should practice and survey the market value and salary structure how other companies practice. Like RSU grants and etc.
