I did a phone interview with TransTech IT Staffing. TransTech IT Staffing and MotherG are owned by a husband and wife team. The wife manages TransTech IT Staffing and the husband manages MotherG. After the first phone interview, did another phone interview with a Team Lead from MotherG. They brought me in to do an interview with the Team Lead, Manager, and various team members. Second interview was with the CEO and other team members. Third interview was with HR Rep from TransTech IT Staffing and Team Lead. They were accommodating to my work schedule. This is why I had three interviews.
