Mother Design interview questions

A 45 min video call with the MD, followed by an in-person with the ECD & CD two weeks later. The team were very nice, welcoming, and honest. Only negative of the experience was that the whole process took about 4 weeks due to various team members' holiday.

2x different zoom calls with design directors talking through my portfolio, selecting 3 projects to go through in detail. Although the interview went relatively well and I had to take time off to make both interviews, I was ghosted by them after not getting the job. They didn't have the decency to reply back after I chased them.
