There were 3 rounds of interview but during the first round interview recruiters said we can't take your interview, your not eligible to join this programm, it is really funny, never expected this from Morgan stanley and the reason was they are looking for someone who has more than 2 year gap in career, I wonder then how did they shortlisted my profile for interview ? why did they scheduled ? and why did they informed this after 2 weeks !

NA - no panelists joined for the interview, they ghosted me.
Three rounds. First over the phone with HR. Second round via zoom. Final round in person. Spread out over 3 months. Using AI for scheduling and setting up calendar invites.
First round with sector head then second round with written test including a model test translation and then last round meet apac head, solid stock pitch needed, overall not really difficult
It will be around 5 rounds with intense questions based on your skills listed in resume. Be confident and answer them. Make sure you have all the skills listed in resume
