Interview
Not too hard, first info round then on zoom. Got invited to meet the team and was asked series of questions. Pretty straightforward and easygoing. Asked mostly committments and experience in client service.
Super easy. Just make sure you let them know you willing to learn and grow. I applied, set up an interview and waiting a couples weeks to hear back. It was all pretty straightforward.
