I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley (Bethesda, MD) in Oct 2019
Interview
Was called in for what I was told would be a preliminary interview, which turned out to be a 15 minute screening that could have been a phone interview. Waited 8 days for a reply and was called in for a second in-person interview with the financial manager, which was 45 minutes. Followed up with the interview contact 4 times with no response. I didn't feel the interviews itself were difficult, but getting feedback or even any sort of follow-up information was nearly impossible. Disappointed to not get any sort of acknowledgment or close out of the interview process.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult client; how did you approach the situation?
Simple, they were very welcoming and straightforward. I felt comfortable when I got there, but I could tell they wanted someone with more experience than me. It only lasted 30 minutes and they only really wanted to hear me talk about my experiences and asked one behavioral question.

Question 1
Describe a time you had a disagreement with a team member.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley (Palo Alto, CA) in Dec 2025
Interview
Very straightforward. Told me more about the role. Was looking for someone to start in January, but I don't graduate until June. Said she'd pass my resume along nonetheless (don't think anything will come of it considering they are looking for someone to start ASAP).

Question 1
What are your greatest strengths? Why are you interested in this position?
Little to no situational questions asked. Very casual interview. Went over past experience and jobs listed on my resume. Phone screening, in-person with manager, and a second in-person with branch leader and manager.
