The interviews that I had were not hard at all. It basically covers the personality questions, leadership, short-term and long-term goals questions. After a day, I heard from them one day later and the entire process was not complex at all.

There were three one on one interviews. Interviewed by an HR rep, a finance analyst and a risk analyst. The interview with the risk analyst was over the phone as she was in Florida.

The" resume part "matters the most and it's the time to show work ethic, skills, and motivations and other staff.
Mostly Behavioral Questions about the past experiences. The obstacles before and leadership experience. The interviewer is supportive but has a terrible accent.
