More Perfect Union interview questions

I was asked for a meet-and-greet Zoom interview and it was great. I didn't get the job but it's a terrific organization and whoever they hired is lucky to be working with them. Awesome people doing important work.

The initial application was a cover letter, resume, and a few short responses. After a week or so they asked me to do an initial interview, which was enjoyable but a bit hard to gauge in terms of what specific skills/experience they're looking for (seems to be fairly niche). After about a month, they reached out again to let me know they're going with another candidate. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I appreciated their transparency and the fact that they followed up!
