The people that interviewed me came across quite toxic. I answered generic questions with new ideas on planning that they hadn’t thought of but it felt like I had made them look bad. They want followers of current broken processes not someone who will changing old processes that clearly aren’t working if they’re losing business. They also asked me a technical question and a response was I knew you wouldn’t know that.
