Interview
The interview was essentially a candid conversation with the president of the company and the head of project management. Though the interview at first struck me as being quite odd (you will see to what I am referring to in the example interview questions below), it was a window into the dynamics of the company. The president of the company is a "shoot from the hip" sort of business person and he has become very wealthy being so. He allows his passions and interests to fuel his decision making; this has worked quite well for him and I respect him that much more for always sticking to his proverbial guns.
