I applied and interviewed online. Overall, the interview experience was good and took around two weeks from application to offer. The interview process consisted of several stages:
1. A screening call with a Talent Acquisition recruiter to check the mutual candidate-company fit and clarify details like location and notice period.
2. A technical interview (~30 minutes) with the team (2-3 engineers), where I was asked to review a code snippet, identify issues, and propose improvements. There were also general questions about my experience and related tools.
3. A take-home case study, which required preparing a software design diagram. Later, during another interview call (~1 hour), I presented my solution to the case study and discussed further details.
4. A culture fit interview (~40 minutes) with the CTO and a couple of other leaders of the related product/team.
