Got an invite for a Zoom interview for a behavioral interview with a director. She told me that no technical skills would be evaluated and that she will pass the top candidates to the hiring manager. Basic behavioral questions about your career, what do you know about them and how your skills align with their company. Didn't get a reply until 2 weeks later saying they are still considering candidates and 2 weeks after that a notice saying they hired someone else.
