First had to send CV and cover letter. Then invited to do an excel and word assessment – quite easy, had to do some simple equations in a work sheet and write 500 words about how cycling can contribute to sustainable transport in London. Interviewers were quite awkward, but asked very standard questions (why Momentum, why do you want to work for a small consultancy, why sustainable transport, ect.). Also odd some questions like "what is your persuading style" and your least favourite thing about working. They also expect you to ask questions at the end. However, had to travel up for the interview (£40 on train tickets) and Momentum did not offer to reimburse me. Also, quite unprofessionally didn't bother to call my phone number to say that my application was not successful, they only emailed.
