3 rounds of interviews. They provide a lot of useful documents prior to the interview outlining company culture and values. Initial high level discussion coving tithe candidates background and motivation, then a technical excel based assessment, and then a meeting with the CEO of the company.

the interview process was pretty structured but not overly formal. After I submitted my application, I got an email a few days later from HR to schedule an initial screening. That first call was just 20–30 minutes — pretty standard stuff: they asked about my background, why I applied, and how comfortable I was juggling multiple clients at once.
