I had my interview online. I had 2 rounds of interviews. I had my first round with the founder. He was quite impressed with my background that he frankly told me that we don't have a good infrastructure to provide at work place. The interviewer was more focused on settling up with the bare minimum things at work rather than my skill set and experience. They have a team size of 10 people and they wanted a person who should be a manager + Director + team lead at the same time that too on a smaller budget.

Interview
Simple. Starts with timed assignment that is relevant to the role, then a video interview. Timed assignment includes multiple short questions and 2-3 long assignments that mirror a general day’s worth of work.
