Interview
I was interviewed by the Creative Director and the Marketing Director who both made me feel comfortable. They are easy to talk to and definitely seemed interested in who I am as a person.
Things to note when thinking about applying/accepting that I learned during my internship. 1) They don't pay interns. 2) They currently don't have full time employees/positions. They hire freelancers to work on projects for X amount of months then continue to search for more once it's completed. 3) Get ready to do work outside what your position title is. What they need help with, you will do.

Interview
It was really relaxed. They had little to no planned questions and just went off of my resume. The two guys who interviewed were really nice and I felt genuinely curious about me. Although I felt off guard when the salary for internship said to be determined, then ended up being unpaid. I think that's misleading I thought it would be paid according to how much experience you had.
