Modalku interview questions

First is Cv screening, user interview by phone. I have been asked for several questions, like tell me about yourself, my strengths and weakness, my organizational experience and what is my problem about being a leader, how I solved my problem. They also asked about my commitment due to my very far house, am I willing to go the the office.
