Firstly Tanner and Jack asked me to send them a google or zoom invite on their google calender. During the interview process, Tanner hopped on the call, and we had a formal interview for about half an hour. He asked some personal questions, then mentioned Red Flag 1: they wanted to hire within two weeks. Despite this, I decided to continue. Red Flag 2 appeared when they asked me to complete a two-hour assignment, which I nailed, by the way. I submitted it, and two days later, I randomly checked the Google Docs and saw that they were copying my work and leaving comments. The next morning, I received an email saying they weren't moving forward. I realized my mistake when I later checked company reviews and saw this had happened to other people as well.
