I only had 1 face-to-face interview. The HR person interviewed me and it was pretty basic with typical "getting-to-know-you" questions and then he showed me a listing on Amazon and asked me what I would do to improve the listing. He agreed with everything I said (after joining the company, I realized that he didn't know about marketing at all and he didn't really care)

It was a fairly quick interview process, with a single interview with the HR manager. Going in for the interview itself was a bit depressing. The office is set off in an industrial building by the Canada Line Marine Drive station. The office itself is fairly small and has a strange warehouse/cubicle vibe that was pretty sad.
