Interview
I applied online on April 18. I heard back via email from an external recruiter on April 23 to schedule a phone interview. I had the phone interview on April 28 and it was great! Basic interview questions. On May 7, I finally heard back that I wasn't moving forward due to a large amount of applications.
I applied and was contacted by a recruiter a few weeks later. The process included an interview with the recruiter than a panel interview then a final interview. The recruiter gave a good briefing on the organization and role. I was not selected after this stage and the recruiter quickly let me know and provided useful feedback on their decision. I was left with the impression that the company values candidates' time and have a refined recruitment process that allows them to quickly identify the best fit.

Describe a time when you worked in a campaign setting. What were you trying to achieve and how did you go about doing it?
Friendly team of interviewers with thought-provoking questions. Overall, fairly standard process of interview with recruiter before interview with a staff member. Very knowledgable and timely on communication, including process next steps. A pleasant experience.
