Midwest Computech interview questions

Standard interview process with a first interview that entails meeting the Operations manager and a member of the executive team. Plenty of opportunity for open conversation about expectations and requirements for the position. Received a phone call within a few days to return for a second interview. Second interview was a bit more technical based questions with a short aptitude quiz at the end. Quiz had several situational questions to determine what a potential employee would do in a specific situation (such as a laptop being unable to connect to the internet).

Quick process, turnaround from submission to hearing from someone was about a week and the hiring team was readily available to answer any questions I had. There was also only one person to talk to about it, making it easy to remember names.
