      Talent Acquisition Specialist Interview

      Sep 5, 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      London, England
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Microsoft (London, England) in Jul 2025

      Interview

Worst candidate experience ever!!! I’ve now interviewed twice with Microsoft’s AI recruiting team, and both experiences have been deeply disappointing. • First time: The recruiter ghosted me after the screening call, ignored multiple follow-ups, and only came back eight weeks later with a rejection. • Second time: The interviewer was clearly disengaged throughout the call, and it took the team a full month to return with a decision. This pattern shows a lack of respect for candidates’ time and effort. The process felt disorganized, unprofessional, and borderline lazy. After going through this twice, I would not consider interviewing with Microsoft AI again

An informative interview process, clear concise information about the role, requirements and expectations. Friendly and relaxed, panel made the interviewee very comfortable. More of a conversation then an interrogation approach
