Interview
Although there was some trouble with the organization of the interview (hotels, locations, timing), everyone was very nice and easy to talk to. Stayed in a very nice hotel the night before which made me feel very refreshed for the interview. Overall I had a very positive experience interviewing with Microsoft.

Interview
It was a phone interview for about 20 minutes. I was asked why I wanted to join the Microsoft Foundry Program and was told details about it. I was also asked to talk about myself before the technical question. The interview was with a program manager in the Microsoft Foundry program and i was interviewing for a Software Engineer Intern position.

I was asked to write a program that would find all the real words that could be made from a jumble of letters given to it.

Interview
3 rounds of technical interviews. Nothing unexpected. All the questions came from Cracking the Coding Interview.
One guy came in with a bagel and was eating it the entire time. Later on he started texting while I was writing on the board and had my back facing him. That was quite shocking.
