Applied through website of Microsoft, took about 2 weeks for setting up an oncampus interview. He is an alumni at my school and mostly asking about computer architecture, then asking about a whole bunch of technical companies and what they do.
On campus interview, I applied online and through a career fair, not sure through which channel did they find me. Received an email one day to sign up for their on-campus interviews so I filled in a form and got an interview
