The military has a board system they use. There are five board members and a recorder. Each board member will ask you a question about the job you are applying for. The board members questioner will have a grade from one to ten, being ten the best answer to their question, plus they will grade you on behavior and appearance. Once all interviews are completed the recorder will add up the points.
