Interview
The process seemed straight forward. One interview with the talent acquisition, one with the manager and one presentation.
The recruiter emailed me that he will be back to me after the second round, however, they never got back to me or provided any feedback even if I asked. I was completely ghosted.
Thanks for your feedback and I'm sorry we fell short of providing a positive experience. We strongly believe feedback should be provided to candidates that progress in our processes, so I'll look into this case and we'll improve.

Interview
The interview process took about 4 weeks from initial outreach to final decision. I was contacted by Stephanie on LinkedIn, and the process consisted of three stages: an initial screening call, a hiring manager interview, and a case study presentation with a panel.
Stephanie was fantastic throughout the process, keeping me updated at every stage and making the experience feel very smooth and transparent. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and engaging, and the questions were thoughtful and well-prepared. The interviews felt like genuine conversations rather than interrogations, and they gave me a great insight into the company culture.
The final stage was a case study presentation, which had a strong focus on AI and how it could be applied in real-world scenarios. Overall, it was a very positive candidate experience and one of the better interview processes I've been through.

Easy to get started and planning. Friendly conversation, sold the position a lot and only a few questions.
