Interview
First round was ok. However, the interviewer was insecure himself. He didn't know what exactly he was looking for. The 2nd round was more formal. Several attendees from the company. They didn't show any interest from the begining. Questions were repititive, some not related to the role. The main interviewer didn't seem to be professional, as she was praising herself during the interview that how great and important she has been for the company. Very little information about the team structure and work was given. People tried not to be revealing. Very cold and uncomfortable atmosphere.

Multiple rounds and tested extensively. In person and a written knowledge/excel based test.
Was held in the office and was friendly if a little intense tests. Had good and quick feedback each round.

Interview
Interview with the CTO and Project Lead. It was a super casual process about the company, myself and answering my questions. There was no tests and it seemed that culture fit was their priority.
