3. Reference Checks

4. Job Offer
- Purpose : Extend an official offer if the candidate meets all criteria.
- Detail : Include salary, benefits, start date, and other terms
Negotiate, if necessary.
5. Onboarding (Post-Interview)
- Purpose : Seamlessly integrate the new hire into the organization.
- Process : Provide training, introductions, and access to resources.

The process is not bad. The interviewer is good and patient, asking relevant and reasonable questions to measure candidate's potential in the job. The interviewer does not underestimate candidate as well
