Interview
This was one of the worst interview experiences I have had. The company scheduled an on-site interview right away, which was conducted by someone with no HR or recruiting experience.
After the first stage, they said they would be in touch, but I never heard back. The pay structure was low for the first three months with a promised increase based on results, which usually signals a company that is not doing well.
The office is located in an industrial area in Etobicoke near warehouses, which did not leave a good impression. I would not be surprised if this company goes out of business soon.
I am glad I did not get a callback because it would have been a waste of time. I am sharing this so other applicants know what to expect. It seems like they post jobs only to create attention rather than to actually hire.

Interview
The interview process was straightforward. I applied on LinkedIn then I had 2 interviews over zoom with hiring manager and team lead. Received an offer after the second interview, but I declined for a different job offer.

5 goals for the next 5 years and only 2 of them can be career related
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Metaguest in Jun 2024
Interview
My application was responded to within the first week of submission. I was invited to an in-person interview which had a wide variety of questions about sales with specifics about the company. After completing the first interview I was invited to a virtual follow up interview with the founder which was an eyeopening and very informative conversation. The first interview focused primarily on day-to-day operations and in the follow up interview we discussed the big picture, my goals and the company vision.
